​My mind is a whirlwind of ideas, swirling and percolating for two or three months before they find their form. My hair matches the chaos, a wild and untamed mess. Yet, amidst the mellow madness, I strive to strike a balance between being analytical and lighthearted. I see fellowship as essential in crafting compelling stories and dislike viewing myself as a "solitary writer." At the end of the day, I want you, after reading my stories, to feel like you’ve gotten to know me a bit more.

To me, kernels are whatever variation of advice you’ve heard, pared down to a sentence or two. Their meaning often far extends past what is simply said. They have the ability to inspire you, make you chuckle, or conjure up a deeply sentimental feeling.

A kernel is the beginning: the formation of the idea. And once transformed, it is a lot more remarkable (and delicious).
